Taking into account the fact that children in the preschool age are in the period of an intense growth and development we care for their proper nutrition. We guarantee balanced meals that contain the highest nutritive value, and we pay attention to diversity of our menu with fresh and properly prepared meals. The menu is prepared according to the regulations recommended by the children’s dieticians and approved by nutrition specialists. Apart from that, we take into consideration children’s individual dietary needs such as non-diary and gluten-free diets, as well as food allergies. Parents have a daily access to the current menu. During our meals children are allowed to eat according to their own needs; we avoid setting any limits – each child decides about the amount of food to eat, helpings are always welcome. Teachers encourage to try new foods but never by force. While eating, we try to pass on good manners and ability to use cutlery.

 

We provide full catering:

 

 

9:00 – 9:30 – breakfast – colorful sandwiches made of various kinds of bread, with cheese, cold meats, seasonal vegetables (e.g.: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper), jam, yogurts, milk with cereals, cocoa, water, fruit tea.

 

 

11:30 – 11:45 – mid-morning snack – seasonal fruit, rice wafers, pudding, fruit cream, yogurt, water, fruit tea

 

 

1:00 – 2:00 – lunch – it consists of two courses: a tasty soup and equally delicious second course with or without meat, salad or boiled vegetables, water fruit tea.

 

 

3:30 – 4:00 – afternoon snack - colorful sandwiches made of various kinds of bread, with cheese, cold meats, seasonal vegetables (e.g.: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper), jam, yogurts, milk with cereals, cocoa, water, fruit tea.
